We understand that our success is intrinsically linked to yours, and we are committed to creating an environment where all parties can thrive. To that end, we make the following pledges:

Transparency in Fees

We commit to full transparency in all our fee structures. You will always know exactly what you're paying for and why, with no hidden costs or surprises.

Equitable and Fair Playing Field

We pledge to maintain a level playing field for all our vendors. Our policies, opportunities, and decision-making processes will be fair and equitable, giving every vendor an equal chance to succeed based on the merit of their products and services.

Data Protection and Privacy

We take your data security seriously. We pledge to protect your data with the utmost care and never use it in ways that could identify you without your explicit consent. Your trust is paramount to us.

Accurate and Truthful Representation

We commit to presenting all vendor-provided data to clinics in an accurate and truthful manner. We will not alter or misrepresent your information in any way, ensuring that your products and services are portrayed correctly to potential clients.

Non-Competition Commitment

We understand that joining a platform is a significant decision, and vendors are rightfully concerned about potential future competition. Therefore, we publicly commit to non-competition in the following areas:

• Wholesale Activities: We will not engage in medical or pharmaceutical wholesale activities where we take title ownership of products with the intention to resell.
• White-Label and Private Label Products: We will not develop, manufacture, or sell any white-label or private label products that could compete with our vendors. This includes both generic alternatives and custom-branded items created specifically for retail or distribution purposes.
• Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS): We are committed to being a connector, not a competitor, in the PIMS space. We will not create or develop our own PIMS platform. Instead, we will focus exclusively on  integrating with and enhancing existing PIMS platforms available in the marketplace, ensuring seamless connectivity and improved functionality for all our partners.
• E-Pharmacy Services: We will not operate e-pharmacy services that could compete with our vendors.
• Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs): We will not engage in group purchasing organization activities that could compete with our valuable GPO partners.
